What is the Role?We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and proactive individual to join our Revenue Operations team at Zencity. As the Customer Operations Manager, you will take full ownership of our customer contracting, renewals, and reseller operations - ensuring these processes run seamlessly and continue to evolve.Working in our Revenue Operations team, you’ll be a key partner for our go-to-market teams to lead, optimize, and elevate core operational systems that drive growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This is a high-impact role for someone eager to take initiative, refine processes, and create scalable solutions in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.ResponsibilitiesOwn and lead the full contracting lifecycle, including setup, management, and optimization of the CPQ system.Serve as the contracting expert, advising GTM teams and driving training to ensure smooth deal execution.Proactively manage customer follow-ups to ensure timely renewals, deal progression, and payments.Strengthen and expand relationships with resellers and strategic partners to support business growth.Oversee customer registrations, insurance documentation, and compliance requirements.Identify, design, and implement process improvements across GTM operations to enhance efficiency and scalability.Oversee business software subscriptions and own onboarding/offboarding processes for key systems.Requirements:2+ years of experience in operations, contracting/procurement, or project management.Strong track record of owning processes and driving continuous improvement.Excellent organizational and communication skills with native-level English.Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.Independent, proactive, and adaptable to change in a fast-moving environment.Availability to work into US business hours when required.Advantage: Experience with CRM management (Salesforce/HubSpot), CPQ/Deal Desk tools (DealHub or similar), and project management tools (Asana/Monday.com).Advantage: Degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field.
