The Customer Project Manager will oversee smaller, less complex projects within an assigned account or group of accounts. This position involves coordinating project schedules, managing resources, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage small to medium-sized customer projects, including scheduling, resourcing, and progress tracking.Lead project teams to deliver initiatives that may span multiple business or technology areas, maintaining clear alignment with stakeholders.Manage scope, time, cost, quality, risk, and communication across all project stages.Track and manage project issues using JIRA or similar tools.Apply a basic understanding of routing, switching, Internet, and network architecture to support technical project delivery.Take full ownership of assigned projects, focusing on critical success factors and client satisfaction.Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure transparency and alignment.Identify, document, and escalate issues promptly, collaborating with engineering and business teams to resolve them.Desired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).Previous project management experience, ideally in a technical or services environment.Familiarity with project management standards such as PMBOK.Basic understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) is a plus.Proficiency with MS Office Suite and tools like JIRA, Smartsheet, or Rally.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (required).Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe are advantageous but not mandatory.
