Customer Quality Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer to manage and resolve product quality concerns from customers and suppliers across Mexico and the United States. This role-plays a key part in maintaining high customer satisfaction and ensuring compliance with quality certifications and standards.Responsibilities:Address and resolve product quality issues and complaints from customers in both Mexico and the U.S.Serve as the main point of contact for quality-related matters with suppliers in both regions.Ensure the company maintains compliance with relevant quality certifications and standards.Participate in performance review meetings and present quality-related results and metrics.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in quality processes.Requirements:Valid visa to travel.Conversational English proficiency.Availability to trave.Experience in the medical and automotive industries.Proven experience in quality certifications (e.g., ISO, IATF).Strong background in results-driven meetings and customer communication.
