Position Details (W2 CONTRACT ROLE )Role: Microsoft CE CRM DeveloperLocation: Hybrid – Harrisburg, PA (The work is primarily remote but includes periodic onsite visits in Middletown, PA.)Visa: USC / GC onlyInterview: F2F / WebcamJob Overview – Microsoft CE CRM DeveloperThis role supports the client in configuring, developing, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE CRM solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE based on Agile backlog tasks.Collaborate with technical leads, PMs, and business stakeholders for project delivery.Support functional leads with requirements for integrations with Contact Center apps, portals, SAP, and payment gateways.Ensure smooth data flow, system performance, and integration quality.Assist in developing end-user training programs and promote user adoption.Provide ongoing support, optimization, and enhancement of Dynamics 365 CE solutions.Configure CE Customer Service modules: Omnichannel, Workstreams, Unified Routing, etc.Document technical/functional designs, test plans, test scripts, impact analysis, and lessons learned.Required Experience & Skills5+ years configuring and developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE CRM applications.Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Service capabilities (customization, configuration, user management).3+ years experience configuring Omnichannel, Unified Routing, Workstreams, etc.Experience integrating CE with ERP systems, payment gateways, and back-office applications.Strong knowledge of Contact Center solutions (Telephony, IVR, web portals, mobile).Delivered 2+ large-scale, high-volume Dynamics CE implementations.Familiarity with Agile methodologies.Proficiency with Office 365, Microsoft ADO Testing Module.Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Information Systems.Required Certifications(Must Have)Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (MB-910)Power Platform + Dynamics 365 Core (MB-200)Power Platform App Maker Associate (PL-100)Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate (MB-230)Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)(Preferred / Working Toward)Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200)Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600)MS Dynamics Fast Track architectMicrosoft MVPSoft SkillsStrong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to lead and collaborate in cross-functional teams.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.Experience with SAP projects, ITIL/ITSM methodologies (preferred).Engagement & Onsite RequirementsRemote work with 1 week onsite per month in Middletown, PA.Must attend onsite orientation (travel not reimbursed).Must be able to reach onsite within 3 hours in case of emergency.Onsite post-go-live support may be required for 1–2 week rotations.All issued equipment must be picked up onsite and returned upon offboarding.
