This role is pivotal in driving adoption, engagement, and sustainability of enterprise-wide transformation efforts, including digital health, clinical optimization, operational excellence and patient experience. The Senior Change Management Practitioner will have healthcare industry knowledge, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of managing complex change in matrixed environments. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S): Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Organizational Development, Business, or related fieldProsci® or equivalent change management certification required. Minimum seven (7) years experience in change management, with at least three (3) years in a senior or lead role within a hospital or health system. PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S): Executive presence and ability to influence and build trust at all levels of the organization. Data-driven approach to change measurement and reporting.
