With this new acquisition, Nafham by Tyro is growing fast and expanding its team by hiring the best candidates in the region to fulfill different roles and responsibilities.Job Title: Account Manager & Retention SpecialistJob Description:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager & Retention Specialist to build strong relationships with parents and students, ensure customer satisfaction, and support renewals and reactivations. The ideal candidate will focus on maintaining long-term client relationships and ensuring a high-quality learning experience.Responsibilities:• Manage customer accounts by monitoring package renewals and coordinating reactivations.• Offer new subjects, discounts, or customized plans to encourage continued engagement.• Gather referrals from parents and students to support business growth.• Collect detailed feedback about the overall service quality and teacher performance.• Handle minor cases and coordinate with other departments for quick resolution.• Recommend suitable teachers based on students’ goals, needs, and learning style.• Maintain comprehensive account records, including students’ weaknesses, needs, and progress, to ensure teachers are fully informed and lessons are tailored for success.• Support retention strategies by maintaining strong, trust-based communication with all clients.Requirements:• Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related field.• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).• Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.• Experience in education, customer retention, or sales is a plus.• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with a focus on delivering a top-tier customer experience.Why join Nafham by Tyro?The growth of our team members is just as important as our growth as a company.
