Customer Sales Representative (CSR)

Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a regular basis. Maintain a strong relationship with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic sales approaches and campaigns. Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to customer needs and preferences. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the company CRM system. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and suggest improvements to enhance sales and customer engagement.Requirements: Proven work experience as a Customer Sales Representative or similar role for 1 to 2 years. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with a diverse customer base. Strong persuasive skills and the ability to handle objections with confidence. Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Good problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
