The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and provide essential support across various administrative functions. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service.This position offers an hourly wage of $17.00 - $18.00, commensurate with experience.ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Front Desk Operations:Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas. Provide basic information to clients and the public in a courteous and professional manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming telephone calls using a multi-line switchboard. Receive and issue payments, as required. Schedule and confirm appointments and arrange teleconferences. Administrative & Clerical SupportPerform data entry and maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems. Record and relay information accurately and in a timely manner. Order and maintain office supplies. Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail. Perform basic bookkeeping tasks. Maintain various work records, logs, and reports. Communication & CoordinationOperate a range of office equipment and software efficiently. Obtain and process information necessary for providing comprehensive customer service. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless office operations. EducationQualifications & ExperienceSecondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience2 + year of experience in a customer service or administrative role. Technical SkillsProficiency in MS Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook) is required. Experience with word processing, spreadsheets, electronic mail, and MS Windows. Security & RequirementsMust be able to obtain and maintain a Basic Security Clearance. Must have reliable own transportation. Work Conditions & Physical CapabilitiesCombination of sitting, standing, and walking. Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and tight deadlines. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
