Role: Customer Service/Administrative OfficerLocation: Ajah - Lagos, Nigeria (Proximity to the job location is key)Work Mode: Onsite (Full-time)About the Job:We are looking to hire a Customer Service/Administrative Officer to deliver exceptional customer support and ensure seamless day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.Responsibilities:Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all client interactions.Handle administrative tasks including filing, scheduling, and document management.Support internal teams with correspondence, record-keeping, and meeting coordination.Prepare and send reports, memos, and other official documents as required.Manage office supplies, logistics, and ensure the work environment is well-organized.Maintain accurate customer and administrative records in company systems.Escalate complex issues to relevant departments while ensuring timely resolution.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.1–3 years of relevant experience in customer service or administrative support.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Must have completed NYSCMethod of Application:Interested applicants should apply by sending their CV and portfolio to irecruitconsultantltd@gmail.com
