Be part of our dream team!What You’ll Do:Handle complex customer inquiries and escalations professionally across multiple channels (phone, email, chat)Provide expert advice for technical and installation questionsIndependently manage cancellation requests, claims, returns, and refunds, including the verification and accuracy of issuesCollaborate closely with transport service providers, logistics, warehouse, and product development teamsEnsure high customer satisfaction and improvement of our NPSMentor and support junior team membersData maintenance and process optimization to increase efficiency and service qualityWhat You’ll Do:Handle complex customer inquiries and escalations professionally across multiple channels (phone, email, chat)Provide expert advice for technical and installation questionsIndependently manage cancellation requests, claims, returns, and refunds, including the verification and accuracy of issuesCollaborate closely with transport service providers, logistics, warehouse, and product development teamsEnsure high customer satisfaction and improvement of our NPSMentor and support junior team membersData maintenance and process optimization to increase efficiency and service qualityWhat We’re Looking For:Excellent communication skills in French (C2) and proficiency in EnglishExperience in customer service (at least 1-2 years), ideally in e-commerce or a similar industryStrong communication skills, along with a solution-oriented and empathetic working styleEnjoyment of working in a dynamic team and a strong customer service mindsetGood self-organization and time management skills are required to work efficientlyIT affinity and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and tools.
