Parts Operations Specialist Germany (m/f/d)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Parts Operations Specialist (m/f/d) to support the set-up of the parts business in Germany. Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, the role requires a hands-on approach as we scale the business from the ground up. As the Parts Operations Specialist (m/f/d), you’ll have the unique opportunity to use your analytical, planning and influencing skills to shape the Changan business in Germany. You will be comfortable to collaborate with EU HQ, warehouse supplier and dealers to establish the parts business, ensuring high levels of performance to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. This will be aligned with and supported by the teams in Europe, UK and China and delivered to the same outstanding levels as the Changan product. Key Responsibilities:Support development of spare parts business for the NSCCoordination of the parts processSupport pricing strategies for spare parts & accessoriesSupporting the dealer network in all related parts, accessory and special tools topics Support development and delivering parts training programs for internal teams and the entire service networkFollow up on missing parts orders / back-ordersCommunicate with central parts warehouse supplier and dealer/workshop facing teams Take actions to sustain and enhance levels of customer satisfactionDetailed market analysis related to the parts and accessory businessAnalysing parts & accessory availability, stock level and qualitySet and monitoring of dealer and NSC targets on a monthly basisEffective forecasting and calendarisationManage obsolescence and back-order solutions Managing of the parts policy, returned parts policies and processesIdentification and deployment of minimum stock quantities per dealer Accessory program deploymentDevelopment of Winter Complete Wheels & Tyre programSupport development of glass programSupporting and preparation of seasonal campaigns Supporting new model launch Technical and commercial support functions, including monitoring the system to track delivery of parts & accessories as well as troubleshooting in the systemSupport IT to improve the parts ordering systemCompetency & QualificationsA recognised qualification or relevant experience within the automotive environmentSystems experience of Excel, Microsoft Office, SAPHigh accuracy / numeracy skillsExcellent analytical and problem solving abilityAbility to build and maintain effective relationships Passion for improving customer satisfactionSelf-motivation, demonstrate initiative and enthusiasmExcellent communication skills in German and English – both written & verbalAbility to deal with high pressure situationsPossess passion for technology and digitalisation in the automotive industry
