UnifyCX is growing and looking for Customer Service Agents to join our motivated and ambitious team in Barranquilla.What Will You Do?As a Customer Service Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients’ class members. You’ll handle inquiries via phone, email, and written correspondence always delivering accurate information with professionalism and empathy.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer inbound calls, emails, and written requests.Provide clear, accurate information about case details, member rights, deadlines, and options.Follow company procedures and training materials to resolve issues efficiently.Escalate complex situations when necessary and complete follow-up tasks to ensure resolution.Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.Support additional projects and duties as needed.Who are you?Experience: 1+ years in a call center or customer service role.Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish.Comfortable working with computers, Microsoft Office, and internal systems.Ability to stay organized, follow protocols, and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.Who We AreUnifyCX is a transformative AI platform that empowers and enables teams to deliver efficient, exceptional customer experiences.
