Employing more than 4,000 associates in Europe, Asia and South America, Bosch Service Solutions Inc. provides and optimizes business processes for our customers.Job DescriptionCore responsibilitiesCustomer interaction: customer service and dispatch, manage inbound calls, answer questions about roadside assistance, process service request, and coordinate with service providers.Service dispatch: Process service requests, coordinate with a network of roadside assistance providers (towing and repair), and monitor service delivery.Administrative support: Maintain and update customer accounts, perform data entry, and support other team members with day-to-day tasks.Billing and payments: Calculate charges, process payments, and handle billing inquiries.US AccountQualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency with computers and various software systems.Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.Experience in customer service, dispatch, or a call center is often preferred.
