The top duties include resolving customer complaints, responding to phone call and email requests and maintaining customer service records.Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.Prior experiences with Amazon and/or Shopify backend is a plusCommunicating with customers through various channels.Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.Comfortable using computers, excel, Google work place such as drive, excel, emails, Zoom calls.Past experience working with online customer support is a plusFurther Job Requirements:A Bachelor degree is a must.
