About The CompanyTata Communications Redefines Connectivity with Innovation and IntelligenceDriving the next level of intelligence powered by Cloud, Mobility, Internet of Things, Collaboration, Security, Media services and Network services, we at Tata Communications are envisaging a New World of CommunicationsJob DescriptionKey ResponsibilityResponsible for driving day to day system and service engineering and operations.This is an operational role within Fibre services to Plan, Design and As built the Fibre assets in GIS tools that may seek appropriate level of guidance and advice to ensure delivery of quality outcomes.Monitor and ensure proper completion of network surveying/design activities by Build PartnerActive Participate in both Internal and External Meeting.Resolve issues affecting projects scope, quality, risk, and timelineSkills RequiredCandidate Should have strong knowledge on Telecom Network architecture and their components.CAPEX & OPEX calculations for better fibre planning.Candidate should have detail knowledge in GIS Network applications Small World, MicroStation, Arc GIS & BT Open reach Portal.Cost benefit analysis of the projects including feasibility studies.Candidate should have good Communication skills to have different level of conversations with the on-shore / Off-shore stake holders.To Prepare the High-Level design document by providing Scope of work, Splicing schematic, civil and cable plan etc to build partner for implementation.To Capture the Low-Level design in GIS Applications.
