All sales are supported by a supply chain and customer service team that ensure the Rainbow range of products are efficiently distributed throughout Australia from our 10 warehouses.We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in high performing customer service roles or managing fast paced customer service teams.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for processing of orders from receival through to invoicingRegular phone and email communication with clients, sales team and logistics providersDriving customer service enhancement projectsWork closely with Finance Team to support customer invoicing and statementsBeing an integral part of the sales support teamQualificationsMinimum 5 years experience in Customer Service rolesSAP (Hana) & EDI order to invoice processingSalesforceMicrosoft Excel (min intermediate skill level)Office suiteExperience in the Agriculture sector preferredAbility to work autonomously and in a small teamAttention to detailWell-spoken and highly fluent in EnglishBenefitsPart of a small yet dynamic teamStrong team culture in a growing businessFlexible travel - Dedicated parking onsite or 200m from Norwest Train StationIdeally, candidates should be based in Sydney, but experienced candidates can work remotely.Please send your CV to below contacts.contactus_au@rainbowagro.com
