Here, you’ll be part of the team, empowered to explore more, experience more and supported by your leader to grow and develop.The roleOur Group Reservations team has an opportunity available for a professional and motivated individual to join as a Group Reservations Coordinator looking after our Crown Perth Hotels including Crown Towers, Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade.The Group Reservations Coordinator is responsible for liaising with travel and wholesale agents, companies, PCO’s and social/leisure contacts for their group’s requirements. Group Reservations Coordinator takes ownership for all aspects of a group booking and is required to communicate the details to all relevant departments within Crown in a timely, efficient, and professional manner in accordance with Crown’s brand guidelines.About youYou’ll bring the following:Extensive experience in a customer service roleProficiency with Microsoft Office suite of productsHigh level of interpersonal and communication skills including telephone, email, written and verbal presentation skillsAdvanced time management and organisational skillsAbility to analyse problems, identify and implement appropriate solutionsExperience within the Travel/Hospitality IndustryExperience in Opera Property Management System and/or AmadeusAdditional InformationWhat you can expect from usOn top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
