Job Description

Description - ExternalJoin our team as a Customer Service & Interpreter supporting Insurance Claims processes. You will act as a communication bridge between patients and healthcare providers during teleconferences, while also handling customer inquiries and claims. With a focus on Property & Casualty Insurance, you will work in a hybrid model and adapt to rotational shifts to ensure seamless service delivery. Your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesInterpret conversations between patients and healthcare providers during telehealth sessions or insurance-related calls.Analyse and process insurance claims efficiently to ensure timely resolution.Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues.Maintain accurate records of claims and interactions ensuring compliance with company policies and HIPAA standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and claim handling processes.Adapt to rotational shifts and hybrid work model to maintain service levels.Monitor claim trends and provide insights for process improvements.Participate in training sessions to stay updated on healthcare and insurance developments.Qualifications6 months – 1 year in Medical Interpretation, Customer Service, or Insurance Claims.Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).Strong foundation in customer service and healthcare domain knowledge.Experience in teleconference platforms (Zoom, Teams, Webex).Excellent communication and active listening skills.Ability to work remotely with reliable internet connection.Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous learning.Nice To HaveKnowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance.Location: San Salvador, El Salvador (Hybrid)
