Position Purpose Are you passionate about creating unforgettable experiences? As a Customer Service Officer, your mission is to ensure every attendee leaves with a smile! You'll be the go-to person for all things customer-related, from answering inquiries to escalating issues on the spot. Your role is pivotal in making each event a resounding success through stellar communication, quick problem-solving and seamless teamwork. Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept Be the Face of Excellence: Greet and assist event attendees with a warm and professional demeanour. Resolve with Precision: Address and resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues promptly and efficiently. Coordinate Seamlessly: Support the planning and execution of events, ensuring all customer-related aspects run smoothly. Gather Insights: Collect and analyse customer feedback to enhance future events. Maintain Records: Keep accurate documentation of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with event coordinators and team members to deliver outstanding events. Role Requirements You must be available on weekends and weeknights. Long periods of standing and walking are required so you must have the physical ability for this. Desirable Current RSA Current drivers licence is beneficial but not essential, otherwise you need to be able to get to various locations as required.
