With over a decade of industry experience, our talented team provides top-notch consultancy services to ensure timely and effective solutions for our business partners. About this positionWe are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Customer Service Officer based in Lautoka, Fiji.You’ll be the first point of contact, helping customers resolve inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.This is a great opportunity to work in an international role supporting a respected brand while gaining exposure to Australian business culture and standards. Role DescriptionRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a timely and courteous mannerProvide accurate information about products, services, orders, or troubleshooting stepsLog and track issues, ensuring timely follow-up and resolutionEscalate complex issues to relevant internal teams when necessaryMaintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and policiesDeliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience in line with Australian expectationsMeet individual and team KPIs (e.g., response time, satisfaction ratings) QualificationsPrior experience in customer service, call centre, or help desk roles preferredStrong problem-solving skills and a positive, empathetic attitudeBasic computer skills, with familiarity in email, CRMs, and live chat toolsAble to work independently and as part of a remote team Preferred Skills:Experience serving Australian or international customersAbility to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
