Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in Kathmandu. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include providing accurate information regarding trekking packages, assisting with booking processes, and handling customer feedback. The role requires delivering excellent customer support and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout all interactions. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer SatisfactionExperience in enhancing Customer Experience and addressing customer needsStrong problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing excellent serviceProficiency in verbal and written communication in English; knowledge of other languages is a plusAbility to work on-site in Kathmandu and adapt to fast-paced environments
