Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Design compelling advertisements for clients, ensuring alignment with their branding and marketing goals.Develop creative and innovative branding materials for the newspaper's internal and external campaigns.Prepare files for both print and digital media, ensuring the correct use of CMYK and RGB color spaces.Edit and adjust designs as per feedback from internal teams and clients.Ensure all designs meet the company's visual standards and guidelines.Keep up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and techniques to consistently deliver fresh and creative designs.Handle tight deadlines for last-minute changes to advertisements or branding materials.Maintain an organized archive of all designs and related materials for future use and reference.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the newspaper, media, or publishing industry.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Strong understanding of color theory and experience working with CMYK for print and RGB for digital.Knowledge of printing processes, file preparation for print, and typography.Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills.Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with various departments.Portfolio demonstrating experience with advertisement and branding design.
