About the RoleWe’re looking for a proactive and personable Customer Service Representative to support a growing Tennis Academy that runs over 50 tennis classes each week. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and has great communication skills, someone who takes pride in helping clients have a seamless experience both online and on the court.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via emailManage class schedules, registrations, and updates for 50+ weekly tennis classesHandle Shopify orders, payments, and account updatesProvide accurate information about programs, pricing, and policiesTrack and follow up on class changes, cancellations, or reschedulesCoordinate with coaching staff and management for any special requestsAssist with light administrative tasks and daily reportsRequirementsPrevious experience in Customer Service, Admin Support, or E-commerce (Shopify preferred)Excellent written and verbal English communication skillsStrong attention to detail and organizationAbility to multitask and manage multiple email threads efficientlyComfortable working PST business hours (Pacific Standard Time)Friendly, professional, and solution-oriented attitude
