We are seeking an engaging and highly organized Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the first point of contact for our valued clients. This role is crucial for ensuring client satisfaction, smooth communication, and effective project coordination across our internal teams. You will be the reliable point that keeps everything running efficiently for our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle all incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing professional, accurate, and timely responses.Listen to client concerns and accurately log, categorise, and direct them accordingly.Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions, requests, and resolutions.Gather and relay client feedback to leadership to help improve our service quality and processes.Skills & ExperienceExperience: 3+ years in a Customer Service or administrative support role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.Familiarity with the basic terminology of Digital Marketing.Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously while maintaining a calm and helpful attitude.You don’t need to be a marketing expert, but you must be willing to learn how these services work.RequirementsExcellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.A strong ability to problem-solve.A friendly and positive demeanor.Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
