Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage our front counter operations and provide exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Urdu, have experience in front desk operations, and possess the skills to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers at the front counter, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and effectively. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide timely updates to customers. Manage office correspondence and related administrative tasks as required. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while providing customer service. Support other operational tasks when necessary. Job Requirements: Proven experience in front desk or customer-facing roles, preferably in a service-oriented environment. Strong problem-solving and issue resolution skills. Fluent in English and Urdu (both written and spoken). Valid UAE driving license for daily office commute. Professional demeanour with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred: Prior experience in an office or operations environment within the UAE. Preference for Automotive or Motor Insurance experience.
