Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo for an English-speaking Customer Service Representative. The role involves supporting customers by responding to inquiries and resolving issues via various communication channels including email, chat, and phone. The representative will strive to ensure customer satisfaction, maintain excellent communication, and enhance the customer experience. Additional responsibilities include coordinating account management tasks and assisting with any service-related concerns. Qualifications Experience in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and resolving customer-related concerns efficiently.Strong Communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients across different channels.Familiarity with Customer Service Representative roles and proficiency in managing customer accounts.Ability to work in a team, manage multiple tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory; additional language skills are a plus.Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
