For the further development and expansion of our B2C customer service team, we are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative (f/m/d) ideally with relevant experience in the debt collection field based in the Stockholm and Gothenburg area.Do you have a listening ear for customers and can you communicate in a solution-oriented way? Become part of our international team that is changing the traditional debt collection industry with innovation and passion!What you can do with us:Confident communication with clients, consumers and third parties (e.g. lawyers) via e-mail, chat and letter and the solution-oriented and competent support of the request from consumers of the Swedish market. Handling of legal issues, such as inquiries from debt counseling agencies, or criminal charges and being a contact person for the bailiff on court files. Coordinating client inquiries to the right contact persons, including inquiries about data protection and legal issuesProcess files in a commercially effective manner and maintain CRM systems.Collecting feedback from clients and customers and thus supporting the improvement of technology and services.Further development of internal processes and structures to strengthen the own team.What you should bring for it:First experience in B2C customer service, ideally with a focus on receivables management/debt collection.Passion for contributing to fast-paced environments and to continuously improve processes and standards.Hands-on and solution-oriented way of working.Mandatory business fluent communication skills in Swedish and English (written and spoken)Good MS Office skills and a passion for new technologies such as AI.Transparency, Execution, Ownership, Customer Centricity, Innovation, and Integrity are important to us, and we at PAIR Finance embody these values.
