HIRING: LEASING & ADMIN SUPPORT OFFICER(Pasay / Makati / Manila applicants only)Company: La Theoz Real Estate Solution Services, Inc.Work Location: Makati / Pasay (site-based with property viewings)Schedule and coordinate property viewings with clientsAssist licensed brokers with documentation, contracts, and listingsEncode data accurately into property inventory and CRM systemHandle client inquiries, follow-ups, and coordinationPerform administrative tasks as neededJoin property site inspections and assist during viewingsQualificationsPreferably residing in Makati, Pasay, or nearby Manila areasCollege graduate or at least 2nd year college levelWith admin, leasing, or customer service experience is a plusComputer literate comfortable using MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM, and online toolsOrganized, reliable, detail-oriented, and proactiveGood communication and client handling skillsWilling to travel for property viewingsCan start immediatelyWork Schedule: Monday to SaturdayCompensation Package: To be discussed upon interview (basic salary + + incentives)Must be based in Pasay, Makati, or nearby Manila areas.At least 2 years in college; bachelors degree preferred but not required.Prior experience in real estate, leasing, customer service, or admin support is an advantage but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Computer literate: proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, basic CRM or database systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Must be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks.Willing to conduct fieldwork and property viewings as scheduled.Highly dependable, trustworthy, and able to work with minimal supervision.Has a professional appearance and can deal directly with clients during site inspections.
