The aim of this role is to assist all areas of the Airport operational activities providing great customer service to our clients whilst supporting the achievement of Operational KPIs.✍️ What would be your main challenges?Support areas of our operation including check in, baggage, ticket desk, flight dispatch, etc.To provide excellent customer service skills at all times.To observe the mission, vision and company values and to follow the company's, procedures and processes when serving customers.Communicate any delays to our customers as require.Prioritize clients with Special needs.πŸ‘ What do you need to be our next Customer Services Representative?
