Regularly check with operations and communicate delivery schedule to customer. Regularly update PO and release record, verify available raw material and production capacity availability, feedback shortage information to customer. Focus on raw material inventory and the status of the feed, coordinate with customer production plan in time to avoid causing customer stop line. In a timely manner to invoice and customer information of make out an invoice to finance, and follow up timely make out an invoice and payment collection, reduce inventory. Timely analysis customer order change and keep communication with customer on order fluctuation, inform related order information to related departments, provide suggestion on future forecast adjustment. Daily customer email follow up. Customer complaint feedback to related departments, arrange refund and replenishment in time. Other work arranged by superior. Job RequirementsCollege graduate or above, marketing or car automation related major. Customer management. 1-3 years of relevant experiences. Know about the customer order management process. With strong cost-conscious. With strong communication skills and negotiation skills.
