We are looking for B2+ English speakers, highly presentable, and flexible with traveling when required.The Customer Service Representative's role is to identify customer needs and provide solutions quickly and professionally while ensuring all quality and performance targets are met.Responsibilities:Communicate with customers via phone or in personProvide accurate and knowledgeable responses about products, pricing, and availabilityCoordinate with internal departments to meet customer needsQualifications:Excellent command of English B2+ both verbal and writtenPresentable and professional appearanceStrong communication and phone etiquetteAbility to multitask, organize, and prioritize efficientlyFlexibility to travel when needed
