One customer, one family, one community at a time.ABOUT THIS ROLEThis role will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Polish Spanish-speaking customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESRespond promptly and professionally to inbound calls and emails from Polish/Spanish-speaking customers regarding their transactions, needs, or issues.Listen actively to customers, empathize with their concerns, and provide practical solutions in Polish/SpanishBuild and maintain strong relationships with Polish/Spanish-speaking customers and colleagues based on trust and reliability.Utilize company software and tools effectively to assist Polish/Spanish-speaking customers and maintain accurate records.Adhere to departmental metrics and goals while consistently delivering excellent customer service.Make appropriate product or service recommendations to Polish/Spanish-speaking customers based on their needs.POSITION REQUIREMENTSHigh school diploma or equivalent (college education preferred).Proficiency in English, Polish and Spanish languagesMinimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or call center roles.Proficiency in MS Office and internet navigation.Ability to work flexible schedules and adapt to changing priorities.Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ria Money Transfer offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
