Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Lahore. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Day-to-day tasks will include responding to customer queries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive relationship with clients to ensure their needs are met effectively.
