They have a growing portfolio of respected brand principals and a commitment to continuous improvement, this organisation prides themselves on delivering commercially sound outcomes while maintaining exceptional service standards.About The OpportunityReporting into the Head of Operations this role plays a pivotal role in delivering customer excellence through order management, delivery coordination, and customer issue resolution.Acting as the primary Customer Service point of contact within the function, you will manage complex queries, ensure system accuracy, and maintain strong alignment between Customer Service, Sales, Operations, Supply, and third-party logistics providers.This is a hands-on, detail-focused position suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of outcomes, and is passionate about continuously improving service performance and customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilmentCoordinate delivery schedules and maintain alignment with third-party logistics providersAct as the primary escalation point for complex customer queries and issue resolutionMaintain the system and inventory, ensuring accurate data across all platformsPartner cross-functionally with Sales, Supply, Operations, and external partners to deliver commercially sound outcomesMonitor service performance trends, analyse root causes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesSupport product launches, promotional activity, and service enhancement projectsAct as a trusted brand ambassador for both the organisation and its brand principal partnersKey RequirementsProven experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain coordinationPrevious experience within an FMCG businessStrong understanding of inventory management and third-party logistics alignmentDemonstrated ability to manage complex queries and deliver solution-focused outcomesHigh level of system accuracy and attention to detailExceptional communication and relationship management skillsProactive, accountable mindset with a continuous improvement approachAbility to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environmentWhat’s in it for you?This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing New Zealand business.
