Service Line Leader – Roading Network Management The Service Line Leader Network Management is responsible for growing the service line through specialist technical expertise in Maintenance and Operations. In this role, you will lead a national team of more than 20 professionals across New Zealand, delivering services through the Auckland System Management and Wellington Transport Alliance, as well as supporting delivery across Waikato, Canterbury, and local authorities nationwide As Service Line Leader, you will provide operational oversight and strategic leadership to ensure outstanding outcomes for clients and stakeholders. Success will be achieved by maximising commercial performance, empowering people, and delivering projects to the highest standard Ensuring that service lines are connected and work seamlessly with other service lines, sub-sectors, and other operational parts of the business is a key factor of success. We are open to candidates based in Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington, or Christchurch. About You Preferably minimum of 10 years’ professional experience in Maintenance and Operations. Preferably minimum of 5 years’ experience in an infrastructure related management position. Strong industry reputation and deep expertise in delivering Network Management services. Experience in developing new business by identifying and capitalising on opportunities to increase revenue, profit and expand market penetration. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams.
