Job Description

【Job Responsibilities】1. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, suggestions, and compliments via calls and online channels.2. Follow up on tickets and coordinate with internal teams and dealers to resolve issues.3. Collect and update local market information accurately and promptly.4. Prepare reports on customer feedback and complaints to support service improvement.5. Work with head office to improve the subsidiary’s customer complaint management system.6. Identify and propose optimization requirements for the customer service system.【Job Requirements】1. At least 3 years of customer service; after-sales or multinational company experience preferred.2. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with customer service systems.3. Good communication and teamwork skills; able to work across departments and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
