The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries and complaints, coordinate with logistics partners, and ensure customer satisfaction in line with company standards.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer complaints related to abnormal or delayed package deliveries.Investigate the root causes of delivery issues and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve or process claims.Assist the Project Manager in promoting solutions and ensuring timely problem resolution.Manage daily customer inquiries and abnormal cases, maintaining professional and empathetic communication.Coordinate with overseas service providers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.Support the team in managing urgent or unexpected incidents during shifts and perform other tasks assigned by management.RequirementsLocation: RiyadhExperience: Minimum 2 years of online customer service experience.Languages: Fluent in Arabic & EnglishSkills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills. Reliable, responsive, and able to work under pressure with professionalism.
