Our perfect Customer Service Superstar can think on their feet, problem solve, troubleshoot and make it look easy. You are the essential link between our business and families, which is as important to us as our beautiful program.Our Customer Service Superstar is a motivated, self-sufficient and happy to contribute team player with a growth mindset and willingness to support our customers & business requirements. You don't do what's easy; you do what's bestThe Customer Service role is key in our company. You truly understand the importance of customer relations, knowing that our clients (our families) are the heart of our ‘why’. The team is based in our head office in Broadmeadow and reports to the Office Manager.Our perfect Customer Service Superstar will maintain and contribute to our everyday customer service & administration tasks.
