Purpose of job Support customers by answering product and service questions, process orders and fulfil customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. Job responsibilitiesIdentify customer requirementsCommunicating operational standards, ensuring adherence to Customer Service Team guidelines Responsible for tasks such as order processing, ensuring lead time to our customers, cross department communication e.g. with accounting department, QA department, sales forcesEnsure high quality customer communication to achieve the highest customer satisfactionCommunication with respective Sales representatives to solve special customer requirements and issues and solve discrepancies within the order processRelevant skills and experienceStrong phone contact handling skills and active listeningCustomer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of charactersExcellent communication skills
