We are hiring!We are seeking a trainee to join our Customer Service & Support team, with a specific focus on account opening processes. This role is part of our first line of service and is essential to ensuring the accuracy and compliance of client onboarding, through rigorous document analysis and process support.Key Responsibilities • Review and validate account opening documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Verify compliance with internal procedures and regulatory/KYC requirements. • Communicate with clients to clarify or request missing documentation. • Maintain detailed records of onboarding interactions for audit and process improvement purposes. • Collaborate with the Customer Service team to deliver a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.Profile Requirements • University student or recent graduate in Business, Management, Law, or a related field. • High attention to detail and a structured, rigorous approach to work. • Strong sense of responsibility, discretion, and confidentiality. • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. • Fluency in Portuguese and English (preferred); Chinese is a plus.
