Join us in shaping smarter mobility.We’re seeking a Technical Customer Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for our clients in DACH region. You’ll play a key role in delivering technical support for Luminator software products such us iCentre and Luminator Suite by managing customer requests, solving technical issues and ensuring smooth configuration of our products. We value in-person collaboration, so you’ll be joining us in the office three days a week in Rastatt. Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary contact for Luminator customers.Provide technical support via phone, email, customer portal, or other agreed channels.Deliver solutions for software issues related to Luminator products.Organize and manage the Support Desk using Luminator’s ticketing system.Create and maintain customer service documentation.Ensure consistent configuration setup for products in customer orders.Offer remote support via TeamViewer.Actively contribute to operational improvements through feedback and initiative.What We’re Looking ForProven experience in IT infrastructure and technical/technology sectors.Customer – centered mentality, familiarity with best practices in customer support.Knowledge of network communication.Experience in scripting BAT files, practical knowledge of XML and CSV.Proficient in MS Office and Operating Systems (Windows and/or Linux).Familiarity with best practices in customer support.Experience in multilingual customer support, fluency in German and English is a must-have for this position.Background and/or interest in the public transportation industry will be a plus!Why join Luminator?Be part of a global leader in technology or transit.Collaborate with diverse teams across disciplines and borders.Enjoy 30 days of holidays and flexible working hours.
