Our company is expanding quickly and offers future growth opportunities.Responsibilities include:* Respond to all customer inquiries within 24 hours.* Monitor comments on social media channels.* Respond to reviews on Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Shopify.* Respond to chargebacksAll candidates must:* Have at least 1 year of experience in a direct-to-consumer ecommerce customer service role.* Have experience working for DTC ecommerce brands generating at least 7 figures in annual revenue; 8 figures is preferred.* Be available to work according to MST timezones.* Be organized, reliable, and capable of meeting deadlines.Ideal candidates will have:* Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.* The ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic environment.* Motivation to grow with a rapidly expanding DTC brand.* A winner's mindset.
