The company has established a long-term and strong relationship with reputable conglomerates from Europe, Japan, and South Korea to provide green fuel and achieve the common goal of zero emissions.Responsibilities:The Operation Executive in the Container Team is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end logistics process for container shipments. This includes managing documentation, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring that shipments are executed according to plan in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner. The role supports seamless cargo flow from origin to destination in line with customer requirements and company service standards.Follow up with Sales/CS/Planning teams to update PO information (expected shipment schedule, booking status, container type/size, payment terms, special requirements)Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and warehouse teams to ensure timely stuffing, customs clearance, and dispatch of containersRequest and manage services from third parties including inspection companies, shipping agencies, trucking companies, and customs brokersMonitor and follow up on payments with relevant parties, including Accounts Receivable and Accounts PayableHandle inquiries from customers and support with ad hoc logistics-related issuesCollaborate with the Legal team to prepare service contracts and ensure the proper implementation of terms and conditionsPrepare and update regular reports on shipment status, logistics performance, and operational issues as required by management or other departmentsContribute to the standardization of internal documents and procedures (e.g. SOPs, shipping checklists, templates, and training materials)Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related fieldAt least 2 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in container shipping or freight forwardingProficient English skills are a plusStrong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skillsProficient in MS Office (especially Excel); familiarity with logistics management software is a plusEffective communication skills with a proactive and collaborative working attitudeWillingness to travel to ports, warehouses, or logistics service providers as requiredAbility to deal with multi-functional tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Working location and hours:Location: Floor 2, Master Building, 41-43 Tran Cao Van Street, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, VietnamTime: Mon-Fri (8.00 AM - 5.00 PM) & Sat (8.00 AM - 12.00 PM - WFH available)Benefits:Premium Private Health Insurance (Bao Viet Insurance)13th-month salaryKPI bonus (based on business performance)Regular training, company team building, birthday - holiday bonus, happy hourYearly salary reviewAnnual health check-upOther welfare is in accordance with Vietnam labor regulationsLaptop and other working devices provided
