We are looking for a Customer Success Associate to support our growing customer base and ensure every new client gets off to a strong start with RepMove.You will run onboarding meetings, provide responsive support, and work directly with our Sales, IT, and Product teams to make sure customers are fully set up and confident using our software.This is an entry-level, in-office position based in Omaha, perfect for someone who loves helping people, enjoys solving problems, and is comfortable leading conversations over video.TasksLead onboarding sessions with new customers through Microsoft TeamsGuide users through setup, integrations, and first-time use of RepMoveProvide responsive support via tickets, calls, and follow-upsWork with IT to troubleshoot technical issues and track resolutionsPartner with Sales to ensure new accounts are fully onboarded and activeTrack onboarding completions and customer satisfaction in HubSpotRequirementsWhat You BringExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsConfidence leading meetings and video calls in Microsoft TeamsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailA proactive, team-first attitude with a desire to help others succeedComfort learning and explaining software toolsNice to HaveExperience in SaaS, customer support, or onboardingFamiliarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or SalesforceA desire to grow into a Customer Success Manager roleBenefits$45,000–$50,000 base salaryBonus per successful onboardingHealth insurance and PTODirect exposure to leadership and cross-functional teamsClear path for growth as RepMove expandsRepMove is changing the game for outside sales teams.
