Following our recent $32 million funding round, we’re expanding our UK presence — and looking for a talented Customer Success Manager to help our customers thrive.About The RoleAs part of our London-based team, you’ll be the face of Ringover for our UK customers.Your mission: drive adoption, retention, and growth by ensuring every customer extracts maximum value from our platform.You’ll work closely with our CSM team, UK Head of Sales, Account Executives, and Product team to create a seamless experience — from onboarding to renewal — while spotting opportunities to expand usage and deepen relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of UK customersGuide new clients through onboarding, training, and initial setupProactively monitor account health and ensure renewal and retention targets are metIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with the Sales teamCollaborate with Sales, Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback and feature requestsConduct regular business reviews to measure value and ROIMaintain accurate records of account activities and health in SalesforceRequired Skills And AttributesAt least 2 years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management or post-sales SaaS role, ideally in the ATS, HR tech, or recruitment tech spaceStrong relationship management and communication skills – comfortable engaging C-level stakeholdersData-driven mindset with the ability to translate customer usage data into actionable insightsHighly organized and capable of managing multiple customers and priorities simultaneouslyNative in English; French is a bonusComfortable in a fast-paced, startup-style environment and eager to take ownershipWhat’s On OfferJoin a fast-growing scale-up with clear career progression opportunitiesHybrid work environment – London office near Liverpool StreetLaptop, headset, and full remote setup providedOnboarding and training at our Paris HQRegular team trips to Paris for workshops and company events£200 monthly travel allowance for your London commuteWhy Join Us?This Role Is For You If YouLove building long-term relationships and seeing your customers succeedHave a consultative mindset and are naturally curious about your customers’ business challengesEnjoy collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teamsAre ambitious, proactive, and thrive in a scaling environmentWant to make a visible impact in the UK’s growth journeyInterview Process Talk with our recruiter to learn more about Ringover Meet the UK Head of Sales Meet our Chief Customer Officer Meet the wider UK teamView more
