As a Client Relationship Manager at Designity, you will drive strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction while identifying opportunities to upsell services that align with client goals. You'll be the primary point of contact from day one, helping clients get the most out of their experience while playing a direct role in Designity’s growth.You will also leverage AI powered tools to enhance client management, improve communication, and support a seamless service experience. Unlike in-house hiring, which is expensive and skill-limiting, or marketplaces like Upwork and Fiverr, which lack reliability and creative oversight, Designity delivers a seamless, results-driven approach that makes creative collaboration effortless.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Set clients up for success by aligning account setup, project scope, and services with their specific goals and business needsProactively identify signs of client dissatisfaction and resolve them with thoughtful, creative solutionsIdentify upselling opportunities based on client needs, usage patterns, and business goalsBuild long term client relationships by maintaining strategic alignment and consistent communicationAnalyze client health metrics to reduce churn and maximize lifetime valueBuild a client satisfaction tracking system to monitor engagement and sentiment over timeTrack and report on client satisfaction and engagement levelsFacilitate communication between clients and internal teams to preempt and solve problemsOnboard new clients and handle day to day requests from current clientsLeverage AI tools to support client insights, communication, and service optimizationREQUIREMENTS:5+ years in client facing roles such as customer success, account management, or relationship managementExperience working with marketing or design firmsProven ability to identify upselling opportunities and expand client engagementExperience using AI powered platforms or tools as part of a modern client management workflowStrong problem solving skills with a commitment to follow through on all communicationsExcellent communicator with strong sales instincts and interpersonal skillsProactive relationship builder who collaborates well with internal teams and clientsHighly organized, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneouslyThrives in fast paced, high growth environments (especially startups)Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related fieldMust be available from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time (EST).
