We partner with leading companies across more than 20 countries, helping them transform internal knowledge into effective, measurable, and scalable learning experiences.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Customer Success Manager based in Mexico to manage our client portfolio across Mexico and Latin America (excluding Brazil).The main mission of the CSM at Enabley is to ensure customer satisfaction, product adoption, and long-term success. You will build strong relationships with our clients, understand their business goals, and guide them in strategically using Enabley’s platform to maximize value.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end relationships with corporate clients across Mexico and Latin America.Oversee the full customer lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal.Ensure successful implementation and promote best practices in digital learning.Monitor success metrics and customer satisfaction, proactively addressing risks of churn.Collaborate with Product, Support, and Sales teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.Act as the customer’s voice within Enabley, contributing to continuous improvement.What We’re Looking ForMinimum 3 years of proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS Client Consulting roles.Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.Experience with learning platforms, B2B SaaS products, or corporate training environments is a plus.Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written); Portuguese is desirable.Must reside in Mexico and be available for occasional client visits across LATAM.Why Join EnableyWork with an international, multicultural team.Collaborative and innovation-driven culture.Direct impact on digital transformation for global organizations.Flexible, fully remote work model.If you are passionate about customer success, corporate learning, and technology — we’d love to hear from you!
