Location: GurgaonWorkplace Type: On-siteAbout The RoleAs the Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary partner for key international clients primarily in the US, UK, Australia and India. Your role will focus on managing client relationships, understanding business KPIs through data analysis, and driving client success and retention with a strong business-first mindset. This role requires excellent communication skills and an openness to learn about performance marketing. Prior ads experience is a plus but not mandatory.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the main point of contact for clients, building trusted advisor relationships with founders, marketing heads, and key stakeholdersLead regular business reviews and align client expectations with business outcomes and success metricsAdvocate for clients internally to ensure their needs and feedback shape service delivery and product developmentAnalyze client business KPIs, customer data, and campaign performance to provide actionable insights that drive growth and retentionTranslate data findings into clear recommendations and strategies that align with client goalsCollaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-sellingManage client onboarding to ensure smooth adoption of products and servicesProvide training and support to clients for optimal use of tools and platformsDevelop and document standard operating procedures, playbooks, and reporting templates to enhance client engagementWork closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to drive a seamless client experienceRequired Skills & Qualifications3-6 years of experience in customer success, client management, or related roles with a strong business impact focusExperience working with clients in international markets such as US, UK, and AustraliaSolid data analysis skills to interpret KPIs and business metrics, turning data into strategic insightsExcellent communication skills and a business-first, solutions-oriented mindsetOpen to learning about ads and performance marketing; basic knowledge is a plus but not requiredSelf-starter with the ability to take ownership and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldProven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environmentAdditional InformationExperience in SaaS, digital marketing, or advertising industries is a bonus.
