Coordination with the internal team to optimize campaigns and improve the customer experience. Responsibilities: Conduct client onboarding and train them on the platform. Analyze and optimize Meta campaigns. Follow up with clients and provide ongoing support. Communicate issues or improvements to the product team. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Requirements: High level of English (essential). What level of English is needed: conversational fluency, technical, negotiation? They will be speaking with clients from Northern Europe. Must have an advanced level that allows easy communication. B2+ and above. Knowledge of digital marketing. Communication skills and customer-oriented mindset. Organizational ability and proactive attitude. Previous experience with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads. Experience as Customer Success. Familiarity with Notion. Questions: What is the main goal of this role in the next 6 months? Grow the accounts. What type of personality would fit best with the current team? Someone proactive, with initiative. What kind of previous experience is most valued: support, marketing, sales, account management? Must have experience as Customer Success; customer service alone is not valid. How structured are the onboarding and follow-up processes? Structured for the first month. Organized into tasks and milestones to complete. What internal tools do you use for CRM, ticketing, or campaign management? They use Notion, and it’s important that the candidate is familiar with it. Requirements: Degree or studies: Experience is valued more. Experience: Minimum of 1 to 3 years. Valued skills: Proactive. Languages: Spanish and English. Language level: English B2+
