We are a high-growth LogTech (Logistics + Technology) startup rapidly expanding across Latin America. We help top-tier e-commerce brands scale their operations through our tech-enabled fulfillment network.We are currently seeking a Strategic Key Account Manager to manage our most valuable client relationships. This is not a traditional sales role; it is a consultative position where you will use data, operational insights, and technology to drive customer success and retention.The Role:As our KAM, you will be the main strategic partner for a portfolio of high-profile e-commerce accounts. You will bridge the gap between our operations team and the client's business goals, ensuring their logistics run smoothly while identifying opportunities for growth.Key Responsibilities:Portfolio Management: Own the relationship with Key Accounts (Tier 1), ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and long-term loyalty.Data Analysis: Monitor operational KPIs daily (Fill Rate, On-Time Delivery, Inventory Turn, Returns) to identify trends and proactively solve bottlenecks.Strategic Consulting: Conduct Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) presenting performance data and strategic recommendations to client stakeholders.Commercial Growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on the client's operational needs and growth patterns.Crisis Resolution: Act as the senior escalation point for complex operational issues, coordinating with Tech and Ops teams to provide fast solutions.Contract Negotiation: Lead renewal discussions and commercial negotiations to secure mutually beneficial agreements.Requirements (Must Haves):Experience: 4+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B Sales.Industry Background: proven experience in Logistics, E-commerce, Supply Chain, or SaaS is mandatory. (Experience in companies like Mercado Libre, Amazon, Last-mile startups, or 3PLs is highly preferred).Data-Driven Mindset: Strong proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker).
